About me

For the last four years, I have been using my natural talent, knowledge, and education to provide relaxation, enjoyment, and healing from stress, fatigue, and illness. My path to massage therapy started at home. My mother often came home from work in the evening with tired and sore muscles after working a long shift of 8 hours in a standing position. After many years she began to have health problems and I would provide my mother with a custom head and spine massage to relieve fatigue and stress accumulated during her working day. Because of our financial situation, my mother did not have the luxury of daily and monthly massage sessions as requested by the doctor. At 13 years old, and with no formalized massage education, I decided to help my mother during this period which helped to launch my passion and enthusiasm for massage therapy.

As the years passed, I had a successful career in the hotel industry and found myself helping others at work with their tired shoulders and muscles. I would routinely perform shoulder massages for my colleagues to help them relieve stress and tension caused by the demands of work.

Ten years later, I moved to the United States and studied at Columbia College where I received a license in massage education. Through thematic trainings and seminars from masters of massage from the United States, Thailand, China, South Korea, and Russia, I was able to learn new skills and techniques that have expanded my experience and knowledge of massage therapy. The great modern philosopher Osho said that “Massage Is something that you once begin to study, but never finish.” I live by this philosophy in my work and profession and I continue to learn and improve my techniques with each client where I see the effectiveness of my massage on my clients, who come back to me again and again, regardless of whether it is a back massage, a classic massage or a full-body stretching massage.

"MintHour" for me is not just a business, it is a lifestyle that has changed since the moment I realized that I want to become a massage therapist and help people. I have always been interested in learning as much as possible about the abilities and opportunities that God and Nature have given us. Self-development and helping others people are the main goal of the MintHour.
