Why the name MintHour

When the time came to choose the name, there was a clear understanding that MintHour would be a place where one comes to relax and leave with positive emotions, warmth, trust, and renewed energy. At MintHour every person is individual and each session is customized for the individual. This is especially important when working with a diverse group of clients of all ages and backgrounds. In this line of work, it is important to put one’s heart and soul into the client’s needs in order to share knowledge and expertise and to provide the best tailored and customized experience.

Comfort

Please, remove all jewelry, watches, and other accessories before the massage session begins. I kindly ask that you turn your cell phone off or switch it to vibrate mode. Music combined with massage can create a relaxing atmosphere, but it's Ok if you prefer silence.

How to dress?

You can take off your clothes before the massage session. Remove whatever clothing you think is necessary so that you can completely relax. Many people prefer to keep their underwear during a massage, while others prefer to be nude. It's up to you.

Health condition

You must warn me if you have any of these conditions: high blood pressure, pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, recently performed surgery, muscle or joint injuries, allergies, and other diseases. It's better to avoid consuming alcohol before the massage session or immediately after it. It's also not recommended to get a massage after a meal. I am not trained in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. If you have any serious health condition, check with your doctor before seeking a massage.

How to cancel a session?

You can cancel the session or change its time 12 hours before the massage session begin.

On Skin
